Objectives:

  1. Understanding Memory Changes with Age: Senior citizens will gain an understanding of the typical changes in memory function that occur with age, including normal memory decline versus potential signs of cognitive impairment, to promote awareness and proactive memory care.

  2. Promoting Memory Wellness Habits: Participants will learn lifestyle habits and behaviors that promote memory wellness, such as regular physical exercise, healthy nutrition, adequate sleep, social engagement, and mental stimulation, to support overall cognitive health and memory function.

  3. Practicing Memory Exercises: Engage in memory exercises and activities designed to stimulate various aspects of memory function, including recall, recognition, attention, and problem-solving, to strengthen memory abilities and cognitive resilience.
