Welcome to the “Memory Wellness Hour,” a dedicated session tailored to meet the cognitive needs of senior citizens in Cambodia. As we age, maintaining sharp memory and cognitive function becomes increasingly important for overall well-being and independence. In this one-hour session, we aim to introduce participants to the concept of memory wellness and provide practical techniques to enhance memory retention and recall in daily life. Whether it’s remembering important appointments, cherished memories, or even the names of loved ones, this session is designed to empower seniors with accessible and engaging memory exercises. Through a supportive and inclusive environment, we invite participants to embark on a journey of cognitive enrichment, fostering mental agility and resilience. Join us as we prioritize memory health and vitality for our senior community members in Cambodia.

Objectives:

1. Introduce senior citizens in Cambodia to the importance of memory wellness for overall cognitive health and quality of life.
2. Provide accessible and engaging memory exercises and activities tailored to the needs and abilities of older adults.
3. Offer practical strategies for improving memory retention and recall in daily life activities such as remembering appointments, names, and important information.
